Interesting hotel in the city centre. Everything is relatively close: train station, main sights, boutiques. Beautiful breakfast.
The first time I ran into a 5* hotel, where they just gave you a key at the entrance and showed you there. Not to walk you to your room, not to tell you about the hotel. No way, they didn't even put water in the room! And it felt like you were ready to be skinned... Parking: 60€ per day. Room was booked for two with breakfast. They charged us an extra 50€ for a second person's breakfast... In general, at a considerable cost 100tr for 2 nights service and maintenance was at a level of 3*... And the room itself is tiny, not to turn around. With a window in the dull courtyard. Always like a dungeon, even on a sunny day... What a cherry on the cake: before the second night, the evening service put only 1 cookie instead of 2. Even a little thing like that got jammed up.

The place was true luxury and had very attentive staff from the concierge to the Lounge staff to the doorman, appreciated the stay. The room we stayed in was well-kept and tastefully decorated with 2 separate bed. The Michelin star rated restaurant served good choice of great food:)))

The room was nicely decorated and had Wi-Fi. The location was particularly good, near shopping areas, restaurants, and the cathedral. It was worth staying in the central district.

Very clear reception work. On arrival, they blocked the amount of the room price, on departure only extra breakfast and mini-bar... No double checks or parcels... The hotel meets its Luxury level... The repairs are excellent, the style is pompous, the staff is high, everything is great! Yes, the bed is super comfortable. and pillows, and a mattress. but with a blanket, the usual story, without blankets... There was a surprise birthday party, a balloon, flowers. and a bottle of Widow Clicquot... nice!!! The junior suite was perfect for a family with a baby. They didn't even charge extra for an extra bed.
The concierge strangely advised the trajectory for lunch- Sunday afternoon there was a huge queue. As a result of independent searches found a great place with the author's serving of typical Italian dishes Right behind the hotel, in a modern quarter, which is very pleasant to walk on the contrast...

Exceptionally attentive staff from the floor maids to the concierge. The restaurant concierge service recommendations were impeccable. The location is not ideal for tourism or shopping - to the center about 15 minutes on foot, but convenient for those who travel by train - the station is a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are incredible number of all kinds of towels and excellent in cosmetics ACQUA DI PARMA. They even gave you toilet water for farewell - and separately male and female.
The pillows seemed uncomfortable. It's weird that there were two, but one size. It seems they're usually different for choice. It's quite hot in the room, the air conditioning, apparently in winter mode, doesn't solve the problem. Sleeping with the window open is quite noisy, though.

We booked a room through Buking. We have a special device for water and it is not mounted to all taps, we were sure that the device will fit the tap, because previously lived in this category of rooms and everything worked. This time we got the same category number, but the tap was older and our device didn't fit. Even though there were New Year's holidays, the hotel manager listened to us, showed us some rooms until we found a suitable crane and changed the room. This whole situation did not cause the manager any dislike or annoyance, on the contrary, he treated us with attention and helped.
